Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AEOForged (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms with AEOFORGED LTD (company number 17391084, registered in England and Wales). If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

AEOForged provides answer engine optimization tools — research, scoring, auditing, outlines, drafting, schema, and related features — via the web app, API, and MCP. Self-serve packages are Site Care, Monitor, and Dominate. Sector Intelligence Reports and article + kit purchases are separate one-time products. Grow is not offered to new buyers. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Keep them secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to process.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform, its rate limits, or its credits.
• Don’t resell or expose the Service in a way that competes with it without our agreement.

5. Credits and billing

Some tools consume credits. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe in USD, at the prices shown at checkout.

Month-to-month subscriptions (Site Care, Monitor, Dominate) bill in advance until you cancel. After you cancel, access remains until the end of the paid period.

Deal. If you choose Deal, you pay ten months at the then-current monthly list price and receive twelve calendar months of access. The term then ends. We email before expiry. There is no silent auto-renewal.

Fees are non-refundable except where UK law requires a refund.

6. Your content and our platform

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and produce your results. We retain all rights in the AEOForged platform, software, scoring models, and documentation.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, email providers, and AI/research providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Brave Search, Perplexity, and Google). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. No guarantee of citations or rankings

AEOForged measures and improves AEO readiness — how extractable and well-structured your content is for answer engines. We do not control ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, or any other engine, and we cannot and do not guarantee that your content will be cited, ranked, or surfaced. Scores and audits are guidance, not promises of an outcome.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform. A Deal term that has not yet ended still ends on its prepaid date; unused Deal time is not refunded except where UK law requires a refund.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
